My grandson had to be admitted to children’s Methodist and we needed somewhere to lay our head for a few hours. The staff was nice enough to open the doors at 2am to let us get a room. Very nice hotel, clean rooms and comfy beds. Would definitely stay here again.
The Bed and pillows were very comfortable. The room was clean with the temperature control on the wall next to a light and responsive. I could not hear other guests in ajacent rooms so the walls must be decently insullated from sound ( I could hear them when they came out into the hall). The front desk agent was kind, expressed sincere empathy and humor all while being efficient, professional, and accomodative in assigning me a room. The only negative is I got a practical room at a practical price but I wouldn't call that a negative.
Front desk was great and overall decent. Just some weird features like not being able to close the bathroom door unless I lift the toilet seat first.
I had a wonderful experience here. The staff members were extremely helpful and friendly. In particular, Chase and Railene, warmly welcomed me and helped me with some extra things I needed, even helping me get a tomato sauce stain out of my clothing!! The room was clean, very comfortable, and just what I would expect from a Marriott. The food was good and also the service for both of my meals. The location is very convenient also. Highly recommend!!
Lynette is by far the best front guest expertise I have ever been helped by. I booked the wrong date, Expedia tried charging me extra and she handled all my problems and came out with a even cheaper solution then what I had paid before. Give this girl her bonus she deserves even more.
There is no recliner in the room. The king bed looked like queen. However, very near the hospital. Services were fantastic
i stayed at this hotel while i was apartment hunting and i loved everything about this hotel. Chase greeted us with a smile everyday and helped me and my mom out with any questions that we had. He made our experience incredible and made this hotel become our hotel of choice! thank you chase!!
I had a very smooth experience from check-in (which was incredibly late) to check-out. The front desk staff were great the whole way through. The room was immaculate, large, and comfortable. Huge TV! Average sized bathroom but the shower was roomy and worked fine. The hotel is in a very accessible area and close to University Medical Center. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. Would definitely stay here again! Olympic Otter
